Author Guidelines
Editorial draft. The publishing organization, ISSN, DOI prefix, license, fees, and publication schedule have not been confirmed. Nothing on this page is an operational promise until a journal manager marks it confirmed.
What to include
Prepare a manuscript with a title, authors and affiliations, an abstract, keywords, and the main argument. Add a Cultural Insight Statement that is separate from the abstract. The statement has three parts: the question, the insight, and the evidence or argument that supports it.
The initial length proposal is 80–150 English words, or 160–400 characters for Korean and other languages that are counted by character. A journal manager can change these limits. The statement is stored with the publication version and locale. It is shown publicly only after the version is published and an editor has approved it.
Illustrative example
This example shows the shape of a statement. It is not a published article and must not be cited as one.
Question. How does a neighborhood festival change what residents treat as shared responsibility?
Insight. The festival makes informal care visible, but it also leaves out residents who cannot attend.
Evidence. The argument would need observations, interviews, or texts that show both the shared work and the exclusion.
Review and ethics — draft
The planned review is confidential editorial review followed by peer review. Whether that review is double-anonymous, the number of reviewers, and the expected timing are not confirmed. Reviewers should assess evidence, argument, and cultural contribution. They should not require authors to agree with the founding perspective.
Authors disclose the use of generative tools. The site does not accept or reject a manuscript by automated scoring. Invented citations, undisclosed image manipulation, and plagiarism are grounds for editorial action once the ethics policy is confirmed.
Before you submit
The manuscript addresses cultural meaning, value, expression, practice, or change.
The cultural insight is supported by evidence or argument.
One primary editorial area, and no more than two secondary areas, can be named.
Authorship, funding, and competing interests can be stated.
The access model, license, and any fees are still unconfirmed. Do not assume the journal is free or open access.
Submissions are not yet open. The submission form stays closed until the editorial office opens it.

The journal site stores the account details needed to sign in, the manuscript and review files you upload, and the technical logs required to operate Open Journal Systems. Files that are not published stay outside the public web directory. This statement does not yet name a data controller, a retention period, or a postal address. Until those are confirmed, privacy questions can be sent to the interim technical contact shown on the contact page.
